THE COMPANY

Our client is an established outdoor and location-based advertising company helping local and national brands reach consumers through billboards, digital displays, transit, and airport media. This opportunity supports a growing airport advertising program in the Raleigh-Durham market.

THE JOB

The Airport Advertising Manager will grow advertising revenue throughout the Raleigh-Durham market. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on prospecting, customer meetings, airport tours, presentations, and closing new business. The role is remote but requires regular time in the market and at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new airport advertising business
• Build relationships with local businesses, agencies, and regional advertisers
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and airport tours
• Develop proposals and recommend advertising solutions
• Negotiate and close new business
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
• Manage pipeline and account activity in Salesforce
• Partner with internal teams to support campaigns and customers
• Maintain strong customer and airport relationships
• Identify renewals and new revenue opportunities

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3+ years of B2B advertising or media sales experience preferred
• Background in OOH, airport, transit, billboard, radio, TV, digital media, sponsorship, or local advertising is highly relevant
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
• Experience selling to local businesses, agencies, or regional brands
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable independently managing a local territory
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must live within reasonable driving distance of Raleigh-Durham International Airport or plan to relocate
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
