Express Personnel Coppell Office (9 7 2 - 3 0 4 - 1 1 7 5) is hiring 18 experienced custodians for a well-established facility in Coppell.

If you have previous commercial cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or facility-cleaning experience and are looking for a steady full-time opportunity, we want to speak with you.

Two Shifts Available:

• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
• PM Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Pay: $17-18/hour , depending on experience

Hiring Process: Temp-To-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and sanitize surfaces
• Empty trash and maintain common areas
• Clean restrooms and other facility areas as assigned
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely
• Help keep the facility clean, organized and presentable
• Follow established safety and cleaning procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous custodial, janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Comfortable working independently and staying productive throughout the shift
• Able to follow instructions and basic safety procedures
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
• Able to frequently lift, carry, push or pull 50+ lbs
• Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with employees, guests and customers
• Ability to adapt as facility needs change

This is not a temporary one-day cleaning assignment. We are looking for dependable people interested in a steady full-time position with an established company.
